Dedicated Keyworker Support
Every young person placed with Primetime Care is allocated a dedicated support worker — a consistent, trusted adult who works closely with them from day one.
Together they develop and review a personalised support plan, building a relationship based on honesty, respect, and genuine care.

Specialist Support for Asylum-Seeking Young People
Primetime Care provides personalised services for asylum-seeking children and young people, including semi-independent and independent living support.
One of our key strengths is our multilingual, culturally diverse workforce — with staff who have direct knowledge and understanding of many cultures from around the world. We maintain specialist resource banks to ensure our knowledge of asylum seekers’ specific needs remains current and responsive.

How to Make a Referral
We welcome referrals from professionals working with young people aged 16–17 who need supported accommodation. Our team will carry out a referral assessment to ensure we can effectively meet the young person’s needs and that a placement is appropriate.
