We understand that every young person’s journey is different. Primetime Care supports young people aged 16–17 who may be:

Leaving Local Authority Care

Young people transitioning out of the care system who need a stable home and consistent support.

At Risk of Homelessness

Those facing housing insecurity who need safe accommodation and immediate guidanc

Experiencing Family Breakdown

Young people whose home situation has become unsafe or unstable.

Safe, Quality Accommodation

Fully furnished, well-maintained properties with communal spaces, Wi-Fi, and 24-hour support or on-call arrangements. A real home, not just a room.

Dedicated Keyworker Support

Every young person has their own dedicated support worker. Together they set goals, build life skills, and work through a personalised support plan.

Education, Employment & Training

We help young people access college, write CVs, prepare for interviews, find apprenticeships, and reach their potential — whatever that looks like for them.

Emotional Wellbeing & Mental Health

Trauma-informed, compassionate support. We signpost to specialist services, attend appointments together, and create a space where young people feel heard.

Support That Doesn't Just Stop at 18

We know that growing up doesn’t follow a deadline. For young people who need more time and stability, Primetime Care can continue providing support up to the age of 25 — subject to individual needs assessment and funding agreement.

Extended support is available for those who:

  • Are in education, apprenticeships, or training
  • Need ongoing help with independent living
  • Are managing mental health or trauma recovery
  • Would benefit from a gradual move into fully independent accommodation
