Supported Accommodation for Young People Aged 16–17

Ofsted-Registered. Person-Centred. Built Around Each Young Person.

Primetime Care is an Ofsted-registered supported accommodation provider committed to delivering high-quality care, support, and accommodation for young people aged 16–17.

We provide safe, supportive, and nurturing homes for young people who may be leaving care, experiencing homelessness, facing family breakdown, or needing additional support to develop independence and life skills.

Our goal is simple: to empower every young person to build confidence, find stability, and move towards a positive, independent future.

Our Mission

We provide high-quality supported accommodation that promotes:

  • Safety and wellbeing
  • Emotional and mental health support
  • Personal development
  • Education, employment, and training opportunities
  • Independent living skills
  • Positive relationships and community integration
  • Stability and future planning

We are committed to creating a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment where every young person feels valued, listened to, and empowered.

Every Young Person Is Different. Our Support Reflects That.

No two young people arrive at Primetime Care with the same experiences, needs, or goals. That’s why everything we do is built around the individual.

Our person-centred approach means:

  • Individual strengths and aspirations are placed at the heart of every support plan
  • Cultural and personal identity is celebrated and respected
  • Independence and choice are encouraged at every stage
  • Emotional and physical wellbeing are given equal priority
  • Long-term goals shape every conversation

Support plans are regularly reviewed and updated to reflect each young person’s growth, changing needs, and next steps.

We are ready to help you find the right environment for your young person today

Continuing Support Up to Age 25

We understand that some young people need more time to transition successfully into adulthood and independent living. Turning 18 doesn’t mean support automatically ends at Primetime Care.

Subject to individual needs assessments, risk assessments, placement agreements, and funding arrangements, we may continue support for young adults up to the age of 25.

Extended support may be right for young people who:

  • Continue to need emotional or practical support
  • Are engaged in education, apprenticeships, or training
  • Need ongoing assistance with independent living skills
  • Are managing mental health challenges, trauma, or difficult social circumstances
  • Would benefit from a gradual transition into fully independent accommodation
  • Require additional safeguarding and tenancy sustainment support

Each case is considered individually — always centred around the young person’s specific needs, goals, and circumstances.

Registered, Accountable, and Safe

Ofsted Registration Primetime Care is registered with Ofsted and operates in full accordance with legislation, regulations, and quality standards for supported accommodation providers.

We are committed to high standards of care, safeguarding, support, and accountability, ensuring every young person receives services that are safe, effective, and focused on positive outcomes.

Our staff receive ongoing training and professional development to ensure compliance with safeguarding responsibilities, regulatory expectations, and best practice guidance.

Safeguarding Safeguarding is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to protecting every young person from harm, abuse, neglect, exploitation, and discrimination.

Our organisation:

  • Follows robust safeguarding procedures
  • Employs trained and DBS-checked staff
  • Works in partnership with local authorities and professionals
  • Maintains clear risk assessment and support planning processes
  • Encourages young people to share concerns safely
  • Promotes equality, dignity, and respect

The wellbeing and safety of every young person remains our highest priority.

Equality, Diversity & Inclusion

We are committed to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion throughout our services. Primetime Care welcomes young people from all backgrounds and ensures services are delivered fairly, respectfully, and without discrimination.

We believe every young person deserves:

Respect. Opportunity. Safety. Inclusion. The right to be heard.

Working Together for Better Outcomes

Effective support for young people doesn’t happen in isolation. We work closely with professionals and agencies across the system to provide coordinated, joined-up care:

  • Local authorities and leaving care teams
  • Social workers and personal advisers
  • Education providers and colleges
  • Healthcare professionals and mental health services
  • Youth offending teams (YOT)
  • Community organisations and charities

Strong partnerships mean stronger outcomes for the young people we support.
